To provide the client with a concrete sense of what the end result of their project will look like, exact dimensions of the furniture layout is presented in a 3-D plan. As the daughter to a lifelong sculptor who built many of their family homes, Nina Petronzio’s approach to home building is as systematic as it is creative. “I don’t like surprises or add-ons in the building phase, so I always begin by creating extremely detailed plans to get accurate bids with.”

In her full scale projects, there literally isn't a single electric socket that is not specified. The firm’s goal with every job is to outline all particulars beforehand. Every surface, paint color, and kitchen appliance is specified for the licensed contractor so that the actual building phase is conducted accurately, smoothly, without confusion, and without last-minute change-orders.
